Established City Law Firm Seeks Real Estate Associate

An established City law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 2–3 years' PQE to join its thriving property practice.

The Role

The team is recognized for advising on a wide range of commercial property matters across the London market, acting for both domestic and international clients, from established institutions and businesses to high-growth companies.

Working closely with partners and senior lawyers, you will be involved in:

  • Investment acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Asset management work
  • Commercial leasing transactions
  • Development projects
  • Corporate occupier real estate requirements
  • High-value London commercial and residential property matters

This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility while working on complex and varied transactions in a collaborative environment.

  • Are qualified in England & Wales with approximately 2–3 years' PQE
  • Have gained experience within a reputable commercial real estate practice
  • Possess strong technical and transactional real estate skills
  • Demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Are commercially aware and client-focused
  • Thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Have an interest in business development and relationship building
