Commercial Real Estate Solicitor – National Law Firm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm with one of the leading property practices in the UK. Consistently recognised by the legal directories, the team advises a sophisticated client base, including institutional investors, property companies, private equity funds, and major developers, on all aspects of their high-value commercial real estate transactions.
Working as part of a collaborative national team, you will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of complex transactions, covering:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Asset management
- Development projects
- Real estate finance

Responsibilities
- Managed a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters reflective of your level of experience.
- Provided practical advice on asset management transactions, including landlord and tenant matters.
- Assisted with acquisitions, disposals, and fining transactions.
- Drafted and negotiated a range of real estate documentation, including agreements and commercial leases.
- Collaborated closely with colleagues across multiple offices on major client matters.
- Supported development projects, from industrial schemes to large-scale regeneration projects.
Requirements
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Experience gained within a commercial real estate team.
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strongly commercially minded, capable of providing practical advice in fast-chaced environments.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.
- An enthusiastic team player with a desire to continuously develop expertise in commercial real estate law.
