Opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join a leading London law firm with Legal 500 ranked Real Estate practice.

The new hire will gain exposure to a diverse client base, including UK and international asset managers, developers, and major occupiers across sectors such as retail, office, industrial, media, and professional services.
The role will involve:
- Supporting a key housing association client, providing day-to-day commercial real estate advice
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential property
- Assisting with mixed-use and residential development projects
- Handling commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases and asset management work
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate practice on complex and high-value transactions
Required
- UK qualified Solicitor with NQ - 3 years' PQE
- Experience gained within a recognised commercial real estate team at a City, regional or national law firm
- Must have experience in mixed used residential development and commercial lettings
- Experience advising housing association or social housing clients is advantageous
