The new hire will gain exposure to a diverse client base, including UK and international asset managers, developers, and major occupiers across sectors such as retail, office, industrial, media, and professional services.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting a key housing association client, providing day-to-day commercial real estate advice
  • Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential property
  • Assisting with mixed-use and residential development projects
  • Handling commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases and asset management work
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate practice on complex and high-value transactions

Required

  • UK qualified Solicitor with NQ - 3 years' PQE
  • Experience gained within a recognised commercial real estate team at a City, regional or national law firm
  • Must have experience in mixed used residential development and commercial lettings
  • Experience advising housing association or social housing clients is advantageous
