Real Estate Solicitor – Leeds – 1–5 PQE + Hybrid + Benefits
A highly regarded regional law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its well-established and growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor in Leeds to work within a collaborative, commercially focused team handling a broad range of high-quality real estate matters.
As a Real Estate Solicitor in their Leeds office, you’ll act for a diverse client base on complex and engaging work, with strong support, clear progression and flexible working.
The Role
- Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
- Handling acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
- Supporting development and investment work
- Acting on leases, licences and property finance matters
- Working closely with corporate and banking teams
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and team growth

The Candidate
- 1–5 PQE Solicitor with real estate or commercial property experience
- Strong technical knowledge across commercial property matters
- Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Able to manage matters independently with support
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ambitious with a desire to progress
