Commercial Relocation Sales Consultant (Remote) – Central London & Surrounding Areas
Working alongside a commercial removals company, we’re seeking a motivated Commercial Relocation Sales Consultant to cover central London and the surrounding regions.
This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from home or another suitable location. However, travel to clients’ sites for commercial removal quotes will be required.
About the Role
As a Commercial Relocation Sales Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in driving new business, delivering exceptional client experiences, and achieving monthly sales targets for removals and relocation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site or virtual surveys to assess clients’ removal needs
- Gather and document removal requirements with precision, ensuring all data is accurately recorded
- Provide detailed removal estimates, including cost breakdowns, timelines, and resource requirements
- Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute removals projects smoothly
- Finalise and confirm removal bookings with clients, guaranteeing all details are correctly captured
- Follow up with clients post-relocation to seek feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales leads and conversion rates for commercial removals and relocations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new business and removals bookings
- Identify upselling opportunities—such as packing or storage solutions—to enhance client offerings
- Network with industry professionals and stakeholders to promote the company’s services
- Stay current with removals industry trends, regulations, and best practices to remain competitive

Experience & Requirements
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in the commercial removals & relocations industry
- Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Proactive, results-driven approach with a proven track record in closing sales
- CRM proficiency (familiarity with systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- MS Office expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools
