Commercial Sales Partner – Remote (Commission Based)
We are looking for an ambitious Commercial Sales Partner to help grow RJ Solar Consultancy Group and play a key role in building a specialist commercial renewable energy consultancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new commercial solar, battery storage, and EV charging opportunities.
  • Build relationships with business owners, facilities managers, landlords, and commercial property professionals.
  • Identify businesses that could benefit from reducing energy costs and carbon emissions.
  • Arrange meetings and qualify opportunities.
  • Work closely with the founder to develop long-term client relationships.
  • Manage your own pipeline using our CRM (RJSol Pro).
  • Represent the business professionally and help shape our future growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development (renewable energy experience is an advantage but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something long-term.
  • UK based with the ability to travel to meetings when required.
