Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor | 3+ Years PQE
We are currently working with a well-established law firm that is looking to add an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor to their team.
This is a great opportunity for a property solicitor who enjoys handling a varied caseload and wants to be part of a supportive team where they can continue to develop their career.
You will be dealing with a broad range of commercial and residential property matters, working with a mix of clients including landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and private individuals. The role offers plenty of variety, with responsibility for managing transactions and providing practical, commercially focused legal advice.

The role will involve:
- Managing your own caseload of commercial and residential property matters
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant work
- Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements, and other property documentation
- Advising clients throughout the transaction process and carrying out due diligence
- Managing client relationships and working closely with other professionals involved in transactions
We are looking for someone with:
- 3+ years’ PQE experience in commercial and residential property law
- Experience managing a varied caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of property transactions, leases, and landlord & tenant matters
- Experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
