Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor/Fee Earner
We're working with a well-established law firm that's looking to recruit an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor to join its property team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys handling a varied caseload and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive team where they can continue to develop their career. You'll be managing a broad mix of commercial and residential property work, acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and private clients. The role offers plenty of variety, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload while building strong relationships with clients and delivering practical, commercial advice.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing your own caseload of commercial and residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant matters.
- Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and other property documentation.
- Carrying out due diligence and advising clients throughout the transaction process.
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
- A solid understanding of property transactions, leases, and landlord & tenant work.
- Experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal.
- Strong communication skills and a practical, client-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently while also being a valued member of the wider team.
