Commercial Retail Unit Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Retail Unit Surveyor to join our team. This is an exhilarating opportunity to:
- Maximise commercial income
- Deliver the annual revenue target for a defined portfolio of station retail units
- Optimise tenant mix
- Drive lease events
- Reduce voids
- Enhance overall asset performance
The post holder will serve as the primary commercial lead for their allocated portfolio, collaborating with:
- Senior Commercial Retail Unit Surveyor
- Tenants
- The property management services contract team
- Station teams
- Internal stakeholders
