Commercial Sales Consultant

We're currently hiring a Commercial Sales Consultant with experience in Fire or Security systems to join our growing team. This is more than just a sales role. You'll be the face of Chubb for new and existing B2B clients across the Bristol Region, offering tailored fire detection, prevention, and electronic security solutions — including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms. What we can offer Competitive salary up to £45,000, based on experience Uncapped OTE - realistic earnings of £75,000+ Company vehicle or car allowance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Ongoing training & development Company pension scheme Life assurance – 4x your basic salary £1,000 employee referral scheme Access to a wide range of employee discounts via our central benefits platform Health & wellbeing resources Bravo Awards – recognising and celebrating outstanding contributions Employee Scholarship Programme – supporting your long-term growth What You’ll Be Doing Driving sales across a defined territory within the Bristol Region Promoting the full range of Chubb’s fire safety and electronic security solutions Managing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities Offering expert, consultative advice that puts customers’ safety and peace of mind first What We’re Looking For Proven track record in Sales ideally in a technical environment. Technical knowledge of fire safety systems OR a strong background in electronic security sales would be advantageous.
