Commercial Sales Consultant

Fire & Security Sales Consultant – North West Region Are you ready to turn technical expertise into commercial success? Or already thriving in sales and looking to represent one of the most trusted names in the industry? Chubb Fire & Security, a global leader with over two centuries of heritage, is expanding our team in the North West. We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who can deliver tailored Fire Detection and Electronic Security solutions—including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms—to a mix of existing B2B customers and new prospects across the region. We welcome experienced sales professionals, but we're equally interested in speaking with Fire or Security Engineers (Service, Install or Commissioning) ready to step confidently into a client-facing, consultative sales role. What You'll Do Build and nurture relationships with both existing clients and new prospects Design compliant, effective Fire & Life Safety systems aligned with customer needs and regulatory standards Consistently achieve monthly and annual targets for installation value, gross margin, and recurring revenue Lead proactive business development initiatives within your territory Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline to support short and long-term success What We’re Looking For Strong technical understanding of either Fire Systems or Security Systems Familiarity with British Standards in fire safety (FIA certification is a plus, not a must) A background in technical sales—or hands-on engineering experience with a desire to move into sales Solid planning, territory management, and consultative selling skills Full UK driving licence What You’ll Get in Return Competitive base salary up to £45,000 On-target earnings of £65,000–£75,000, with top performers earning over £100,000 Company car or car allowance 25 days holiday + bank holidays (with an option to buy more) Company pension scheme Full access to our benefits platform, including discounts and upcoming health & wellbeing services Recognition through our Bravo Awards programme Ongoing professional training and development Support from a highly experienced, dynamic leadership team Who We Are At Chubb, we’ve been keeping people and businesses safe for over 200 years.
