At Latus, we're on a mission to change the way employers think about health at work. This role is about bringing new customers on that journey - finding employers who could be doing more to protect their people, and showing them how Latus can help.
About Latus
Latus Group is one of the UK and Ireland's leading workplace health businesses. We provide occupational health, health surveillance and occupational hygiene services to more than 2,000 clients, with a fleet of 70+ mobile medical units and a growing digital health platform that takes great care directly to the workforce.
We're not a traditional health provider. We like to do things differently, we're confident in what we know, and we put our customers at the centre of everything. We're ambitious, we're supportive of each other, and we genuinely believe we're shaping the future of health at work.
THE ROLE
As our Commercial Sales Executive, your focus is winning new business - bringing new customers to Latus across our occupational health, health surveillance and occupational hygiene services. You'll build your own pipeline from outbound prospecting and the leads we generate, work opportunities from first conversation to signed contract, and hit a new-business target.
This is a proactive, target-carrying sales role for someone who enjoys the hunt: opening doors, building interest and closing deals. You'll get warm leads to work alongside your own prospecting, proper coaching, a clear path to progress, and an experienced team around you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
