About The Role

Welcome to the Bridgestone European Graduate Program, an accelerated journey designed to turn early talent into confident business professionals.
- Duration: 12 months (Sept. 2026– Sept. 2027), with high performers confirmed for a second year at the 9-month mark.
- Cohort: 10 graduates across Europe
- International exposure: Face‑to‑face & virtual connects
- Travel included: Program events and business visits across Europe
- Strong support: Dedicated managers, mentors, and program leaders.
By the end of the program, you will understand how business decisions are made, how markets and customers influence strategy, and how sales teams create value in a complex international environment.
What you will do
- Learning by doing
- Work in real Sales roles.
- Take ownership of individual and group projects based on real business challenges.
- Learn through job shadowing and hands‑on experience.
- Rotations into new business segments.
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams.
- Understand the business from the inside:
- Visits to Manufacturing plants, Sales Offices, Technical Centers and Headquarters.
- Participation in customer visits and business activities.
- Product, market & business intelligence training.
- Exposure to strategic decision-making at European level.

Who we’re looking for
We are not looking for perfection, we are looking for potential. This program is for you if you recognize yourself in the following:
Education
You have recently completed a Master’s degree or equivalent education in fields such as:
- Economics, Business Administration or Management
- Finance or Accounting
- Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Data, or similar)
- Marketing, Sales, or other business-oriented studies
(Other backgrounds with strong business or analytical exposure are also welcome.)
Skills & Mindset
You don’t need to tick every box — but you bring many of these:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Data awareness & analytical mindset (comfortable working with numbers and insights)
- AI fluency and curiosity about digital tools supporting sales and decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Performance-driven attitude with motivation to deliver results
- Customer-oriented mindset and interest in understanding client needs
