Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to local businesses and residential prospects
  • Collect and maintain accurate contact data (businesses, facilities, property managers)
  • Book appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities in the cleaning sector
  • Enter and manage data in spreadsheets or CRM tools
  • Report weekly on outreach progress and results
  • Support marketing efforts with insights from the field

Must Have

  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, online tools)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Fluent in English
  • Residing in the UK with right to work

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Familiarity with the cleaning or facilities management industry
  • Experience using CRM software or online booking tools
  • Ability to visit local businesses in-person (if needed)
  • Additional languages (to support multicultural outreach)
