Commercial Seeds Manager
Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week.
Office based in Kirton, Lincolnshire, flexibility for hybrid working for the right candidate.
Competitive Salary + bonus + company car.
25 days holiday, rising to 30 days after five years’ service + bank holidays.

We now seek to appoint an exceptional individual in this key role in the company’s succession planning, to deliver our ambitious future growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, retain, and grow existing customers in agriculture and amenity
- Attract and develop new customer and supplier relationships
- Deliver marketing plans to improve brand awareness and increase penetration of our products
- Develop expert knowledge in soil health, conservation and environmental schemes
- Answer incoming enquiries from customers via telephone and email
- Secure new varieties and products to market and supply
- Periodic project management
- Assist in day-to-day office activities

Requirements:
- A natural self-starter, able to see initiatives through from inception to execution
- Results-driven with high-standards for yourself and those around you
- Proven commercial acumen and demonstrable customer centricity
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development
- Engaging personality and excellent communication skills
