We operate 3 franchise dealerships across Shropshire representing 3 manufacturers’ car, and van brands.


Position

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a front of house Commercial Service Advisor at our Telford dealership. We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers
  • Scheduling service appointments
  • Cataloguing customer concerns and comments
  • Logging service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
  • Translating customers concerns and problems into standard repair terminology
  • Work alongside the service team/departments to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
  • To actively promote and fully explain the value of additional work to customers to ensure you maximise the profit generated from the service while maintaining the bond of trust

About You

  • The flexibility and willingness to learn

  • IT skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence required

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Kerridge/Drive and E Dynamix systems
  • Knowledge of Ford vehicles is advantageous but not essential

  • Salary of £35,000 OTE

Hours of work

Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week. Saturdays will be required on a rota basis.

Competitive depending on experience.
