Commercial Service Engineer (Birmingham)

Service Engineer (Commercial Air Conditioning)

Location: Birmingham

Salary & Benefits:

  • £40,000 - £50,000 (base) + OTE £70,000

Do you already possess your F-Gas Certification and are eager for further training to refine your skills in commercial refrigeration systems?

The Opportunity

Join a growing company in an autonomous role. As a field-based Service Engineer, you will:

  • Work across various sites in the Midlands
  • Conduct service and maintenance on a broad spectrum of air conditioning equipment
  • Receive comprehensive training in diagnostics and industrial HVAC systems
  • Enjoy the flexibility to climb to a senior role, all while maintaining a stable, Monday to Friday shift pattern

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete planned maintenance and reactive works on commercial refrigeration systems
  • Cover a local patch, with additional sporadic travel when necessary
  • Monday to Friday schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with overtime available at 1.5× the rate
