Location: Birmingham
Salary & Benefits:
- £40,000 - £50,000 (base) + OTE £70,000

The Opportunity
Join a growing company in an autonomous role. As a field-based Service Engineer, you will:
- Work across various sites in the Midlands
- Conduct service and maintenance on a broad spectrum of air conditioning equipment
- Receive comprehensive training in diagnostics and industrial HVAC systems
- Enjoy the flexibility to climb to a senior role, all while maintaining a stable, Monday to Friday shift pattern

Key Responsibilities
- Complete planned maintenance and reactive works on commercial refrigeration systems
- Cover a local patch, with additional sporadic travel when necessary
- Monday to Friday schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with overtime available at 1.5× the rate
Requirements

- Proven experience working with commercial refrigeration systems
- Valid driving licence
- F-Gas qualified (current certification required)
