Commercial Site Supervisor | Renewable Energy | Nationwide Projects
Most Site Supervisor roles are exactly the same.
- Tick the boxes.
- Manage subcontractors.
- Complete paperwork.
- Move onto the next project.
This isn't one of them.
We're recruiting for a growing business delivering large-scale renewable energy projects across the UK, and they're looking for a commercially minded Site Supervisor who wants more than just another site.
You'll be trusted to take ownership of projects, coordinate specialist subcontractors, work closely with Project Managers and play a key role in delivering complex commercial ground source heat pump installations.
Don't have direct heat pump experience? That's not a deal breaker. If you've supervised commercial construction, M&E, civils, utilities, mechanical services or renewable energy projects, we'd like to speak with you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
