A leading UK law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its market-leading public sector commercial team. They have roles across any of their Manchester, Nottingham or Birmingham offices.
The practice advises central government departments, NHS bodies, local authorities, universities, academy trusts and other public sector organisations on complex procurement, subsidy control, grants and commercial contract matters. The team is regularly instructed on nationally significant projects and is recognised for delivering strategic advice on some of the most high-profile public sector programmes in the UK.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of work, including public procurement, subsidy control, grant funding arrangements, commercial contracts, regeneration projects and major infrastructure initiatives. Acting for a wide variety of public sector clients, you will work on technically challenging matters that often sit at the forefront of legal and policy developments. The team is particularly interested in candidates with experience in procurement, subsidy control, competition law, grants or public sector commercial work.
