An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a leading national law firm's highly regarded Health Commercial team in Manchester or Liverpool.

Working on a broad mix of commercial contracts and public procurement matters, you will advise healthcare organisations, public sector bodies and private sector clients on complex, high-profile projects.

Description

The Commercial Solicitor will be:

  • Advising healthcare providers, public sector organisations and private sector clients on a broad range of commercial contracts.
  • Supporting clients on complex public procurement matters, including healthcare procurement projects.
  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements and procurement documentation.
  • Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice on regulatory and contractual issues.
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives within the healthcare sector.

Profile

The Commercial Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with experience supporting in commercial law.
  • Experienced in public procurement matters, ideally within the healthcare or wider public sector.
  • Comfortable advising on commercial contracts and procurement processes.
  • Able to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a wider team.
  • A confident communicator with strong technical and client relationship skills.
  • Familiar with procurement legislation and regulatory frameworks relevant to public sector contracting.
