Commercial Solicitor (NQ – Senior Associate) | Birmingham | Hybrid Working

I'm supporting a highly regarded national law firm that is continuing to invest in the growth of its Commercial practice. As part of that expansion, the firm is looking to recruit Commercial Solicitors from NQ through to Senior Associate level to join its Birmingham office.
About the Role
Joining a national team of 50+ Commercial lawyers, you'll work alongside recognised specialists advising a diverse client base, including major public sector organisations, household names, and ambitious private businesses. The team is known for delivering pragmatic, commercial advice while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where lawyers are encouraged to develop and progress.

Key Responsibilities
This role offers a genuinely varied workload across both contentious and non-contentious commercial matters, including:
- Commercial contracts
- Technology and IT agreements
- Intellectual Property (IP)
- Commercial disputes
- Strategic commercial advisory work across a range of sectors
You'll work alongside highly regarded Partners and experienced lawyers on complex, interesting matters, with plenty of scope to develop your technical expertise and build strong client relationships.
