Commercial Associate - London
This leading commercial team is looking for an experienced solicitor to join its highly regarded practice. Candidates are being considered at Associate level and must have 2 PQE or above. The Partners are ideally looking for candidates with experience in outsourcing and technology contacts as well as general commercial experience.
Summary
- Job title: Associate
- Location: London – The City
- Salary: £100,000 - £115,000
- Work pattern: Hybrid
- Previous Experience: Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial and technology documentation, e.g. outsourcing agreements, telecoms agreements, SaaS or development and collaboration agreements. General commercial experience is also welcome.

One of the key attractions of this team is the wide range of work undertaken by its lawyers. The team has key specialisms in Fintech, TMT, and retail which will form a part of your responsibilities day-to-day. However, there is also the scope to be involved in other areas and sectors covered by the department.
Key requirements of the role
- 2 PQE + with experience in technology and outsourcing contracts, e.g. BPO, IT, etc.
- Any exposure to TMT and fintech work is highly desirable. The team also handle work for a number of key clients in the retail and consumer space as well as business support services.
- Strong practical approach to achieving client goals and problem solving.
The team advises all types of companies at all stages of their business lifecycle from start-ups to established global brands. They have a fantastic reputation and are certainly a fantastic place for any mid-level Associate to deepen their expertise.
