Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Commercial Strategy and Execution Lead - UK&I for our office in Maidenhead.
What's in it for you?
Shape a brand-new commercial strategy function and influence how one of Europe's fastest-growing consumer healthcare businesses wins across the UK & Ireland. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, build commercial capability, and help drive profitable growth across leading retail customers and channels.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and embed the UK&I commercial strategy, identifying where to win across customers, channels and categories.
- Build commercial frameworks, governance and execution standards that drive profitable, sustainable growth.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance and Revenue Growth Management to translate strategy into commercial action.
- Create compelling customer propositions and sell-in stories that strengthen retailer partnerships and category growth.
- Lead commercial input into annual planning, innovation launches and long-term business planning.
- Define pricing, promotional and trade investment principles to maximise return on investment and margin.
- Support customer growth strategies, ensuring strong execution across Grocery, Pharmacy, High Street, E-commerce, Discount and Convenience channels.
- Monitor commercial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve sales, profitability and execution.
- Build strong relationships with key retail partners, influencing commercial direction and creating long-term value.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change across the UK&I commercial organisation.

Requirements
- 7+ years' experience within Consumer Healthcare, FMCG or another fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong background as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager combined with Commercial Strategy experience.
- Experience working across multiple UK retail channels such as Grocery, High Street, Pharmacy, E-commerce, Discount or Marketplace.
- Strong understanding of commercial planning, category strategy, trade investment and customer profitability.
- Commercially astute with experience managing P&L, gross-to-net, pricing, promotions and margin discussions.
- Strategic thinker who can turn complex challenges into clear commercial priorities and action plans.
- Experience leading change and influencing cross-functional teams within a matrix organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to convert insight into commercial decisions.
- Experience within Consumer Healthcare, Health & Beauty or FMCG is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM/NRM), omnichannel retail and Amazon would be advantageous.
