About the Role

This role focuses on delivering high-impact strategic work, helping clients build stronger brands and make confident decisions on where to play and how to win. Working closely with senior leaders in the business, you will:

  • Bring structure to complex challenges
  • Develop robust, insight-led analysis
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations

This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their strategy career who is ready to take ownership and rapidly build experience across a diverse range of strategic problems.


Job Goals

  • Support the development of our multi-year growth strategy for Brand using market, client, and competitive insight
  • Deliver structured analysis across a range of strategic projects, translating complex insights and data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support commercial initiatives such as pricing and packaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring together different expertise and perspectives
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate tasks across multiple workstreams
  • Support the development of Board-level materials by distilling complex strategic thinking into clear, compelling narratives

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

  • 3–5 years’ experience from a top-tier strategy consulting or similar analytical environment
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including confidence with Excel and modelling
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work independently
  • Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly across a variety of topics
