Description An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estée Lauder Companies Supply Chain function for a Commercial Region Supply Planner. The Supply Planner will be responsible for inventory management across a Brand/cluster of Brands for the UK Region. The position will drive inventory optimization whilst maintaining service delivery and enhancing decisions by improving supply chain analytics and reporting. This will involve utilising systems and driving process enhancements, including SAP, o9 and Power BI to provide a service quality that supports the brands consumer promise. The role will require building compelling narratives to explain and improve business performance, whilst developing & maintaining collaborative relationships, that support and deliver a best-in-class Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONISBILITIES:
Effectively collaborates with Demand Planning, EMEA CRSM, Brands and Finance generate balanced supply plans based on agreed objectives and operating guidelines via the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Responsible for managing and continuously improving the plan and delivery of finished goods supply from EMEA West Hub to the UK DC – DHL Coventry. Responsible for achieving Customer Service / Fill Rates targets. Responsible for defining tactics and action plans to achieve the regional inventory and service level KPI’s. Conducts monthly inventory reviews with the commercial teams to optimize inventory and prevent excess. Additionally, responsible for publishing regional reports and initiatives to manage excess and surplus inventory levels. Collaboratively develop strategic regional allocations, supply commits and plan for the operational horizon. Coordinate the Monthly launch and event planning and execution process, pro-actively managing and communicating risks. Manage the planning and execution of the Holiday programme. Support process integration with the Demand Planning, Retail Supply Chain and Distribution & Logistics functions. Drive core elements of the IBP process evolution through Brand partnership and collaboration. Assertively escalate and clearly communicate issues, as well as developing, driving, and implementing resolution. Manage and execute wider supply chain projects.

Technical Toolkit: Experienced with Excel and SAP BI (ideally SAP SCM/ECC & APO) to confidently manage and navigate our systems.
