Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Commercial Support Analyst to support and elevate our Warehouse & Transport commercial activities. Through tender coordination, data-led insights, and customer analysis, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, commercially viable solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to build a career in the supply chain and logistics industry, take on increasing responsibility, and make a meaningful impact within a high-performing and growing commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and submission of tender documents and RFQs, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Produce high-quality written responses to tender submissions
- Maintain and update client and prospect records within CRM systems (including active, won, and lost opportunities)
- Complete RFQ/Tender opportunity summaries and support the triage process with key stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to CRM systems for weekly pipeline reporting
- Liaise with customers via phone and email to gather required information for quotations and tender responses
- Prepare presentations and commercial materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Manage and maintain Commercial SharePoint folders and document structures
- Ensure tender templates are up to date, accurate, and consistently maintained
- Support lead generation activities and provide market insights and updates
- Develop knowledge across all W&T services and wider group business offerings
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and overseas partners
- Uphold a professional company image with all clients and stakeholders
- Complete training as required and support wider team activities as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in supporting tender proposals and responses (desirable)
- Background within warehousing, transport, or logistics (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand RFQ and quotation requirements to support proposal development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability
- Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- High level of computer literacy and telephone skills
- Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a commercial environment
- Team player with a professional, courteous approach at all times
