Overview
Behind every great customer offer is a team making sure the right products are in the right place at the right time. As Commercial Support Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping deliver Screwfix's promotional and commercial plans, providing the insight, coordination and support that keep our Commercial Operations team running smoothly.
Working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Pricing, Supply Chain and Front of House, you'll help bring promotional activity to life by maintaining accurate reporting, supporting planning activities and ensuring key processes run efficiently. From analysing data and coordinating projects to improving ways of working, you'll contribute to initiatives that help deliver great value for our customers and support business performance.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract or secondment opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams and making a real impact behind the scenes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Support the planning and delivery of promotional activity through accurate reporting, forecasting and data analysis.
- Work with Promotional Planning Managers to help shape future customer plans, using insight to identify category priorities and opportunities.
- Support the Promotions Analyst by validating nomination forecasts and maintaining reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate projects with Front of House teams to optimise promotional space across our stores.
- Partner with Pricing and Ranging teams to communicate governance processes and produce effective reporting.
- Provide administrative support across the Commercial Operations team, including meeting coordination, action tracking and document management.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure promotional plans are delivered effectively.
- Continuously review processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and simplify ways of working.
- Provide support across the wider team during busy periods and holiday cover.

Required Skills & Experience
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be confident using Excel to analyse data and produce accurate reports, while also building strong relationships with colleagues across the business. A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail, you'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, using your initiative and looking for ways to improve processes. Most importantly, you'll enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in helping deliver great outcomes for both our customers and colleagues.
