Commercial Support Coordinator – CCPI Europe Limited

CCPI Europe is a leading manufacturer and supplier of temperature measurement solutions, serving industries including aerospace, special processes, and industrial markets worldwide. Backed by the Marmon Aerospace & Defence Group, we combine manufacturing excellence, UKAS-accredited calibration services, and technical expertise to deliver industry-leading solutions.


The Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial Support Coordinator to join our commercial team. This is a versatile role supporting:

  • Customer enquiries
  • Quotations
  • Order processing
  • Export activities
  • General commercial administration

By collaborating with Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, Production, and Quality teams, you will help ensure seamless customer service and timely order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and follow-up of quotations.
  • Process customer orders and maintain commercial records.
  • Prepare export and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate freight bookings and support customs requirements.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Assist with delivery updates and expediting activities.
  • Support CRM, opportunity tracking, and commercial administration.
  • Develop knowledge of CCPI products and services.
  • Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, sales support, or commercial support role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience using ERP systems (Tricorn).
  • Familiarity with export documentation and shipping activities.
  • Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
