An established and growing commercial property consultancy is seeking a Commercial Surveyor to join the team.
This opportunity would suit an MRICS-qualified Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate looking to take on their commercial agency and landlord & tenant instructions, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and strategic asset advice.
For individuals with the appropriate level of experience and business development capability, there is also scope to take a leading role in growing and developing the landlord & tenant service line as Head of Landlord & Tenant.
The firm acts for a diverse client base including investors, corporate occupiers, public sector organisations, and high-net-worth individuals, providing exposure to a varied range of office, industrial, and retail assets.

The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Commercial agency work, including acquisitions and disposals.
- Landlord & tenant advice across a range of commercial property types, including rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Preparing reports, negotiating terms, and providing professional advice.
- Supporting wider business development activities.
About You
- MRICS qualified.
- Experience within commercial agency and exposure to landlord & tenant work.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercially aware and client-focused.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
