We are commercial property specialists operating across the UK. At Bruntwood SciTech, we're committed to offering more than just outstanding office, coworking, retail and lab spaces. Everything we do is tied into our vision of building vibrant communities, whilst providing businesses with the support and expertise they need to grow.

You’ll mainly be based in our Manchester City Centre office - Union - however you’ll spend two days a week at our Alderley Park site (SK10 4TG) - so it’d be highly beneficial if you can drive. If you are a Real Estate graduate or you have a background in Commercial Real Estate - this is an incredible opportunity to get exposure to a variety of Commercial Real Estate across life science/tech/finance/professional services businesses in the heart of the City Centre and in a semi-rural innovation driven complex.

Job Purpose

With the support of the Senior Commercial Manager you’ll be responsible for driving and delivering new lettings, anticipating their requirements at every step of their property journey. Negotiating commercial transactions that work for everyone and building strong customer relationships within the Bruntwood portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for the Commercial Property industry, ideally you’ll have studied a Real Estate related degree or similar.
  • If you haven’t studied Real Estate we’re open to experience in roles that involve sales, negotiation, target/budget management, deal structure, market and competitor knowledge. Estate agency would be great, however we’re open to other industries.
  • A relationship builder who is able to develop rapport and adapt their style to a variety of customers and colleagues at any level.
  • Someone who is passionate and driven to deliver a great experience, putting customer experience at the forefront.
  • A keen learner, someone who wants to build knowledge through developing relationships internally and externally, someone who is inquisitive and not afraid to step outside their comfort zone.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
