Job Scope
GenScript Catalog Product Business Unit is expanding in Europe and we are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Europe. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between our European commercial teams, customers, and internal departments. You are responsible for advancing the market presence of our immunology cell separation and cell therapy/reagent product lines across Europe through strategic market insights, commercial enablement, and expert technical support. You will work closely with customers to enhance product understanding and application success, while also supporting internal teams with market intelligence that informs product development, optimization, and regional strategy execution. This role is ideal for a proactive, commercially minded individual with a strong scientific background, a solutions-driven mindset, and the ambition to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Working Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Scheme: Remote in one of these countries: United Kingdom, Germany, or France.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cooperate with your line manager to formulate relevant non-sales strategies for the cell separation product line in the European region, promote the implementation of the strategies, and ensure the achievement of relevant work objectives.
- Be responsible for the non-sales-oriented commercial promotion and full-process technical support of the immunology cell separation product line in the European region, and solve technical problems related to product application.
- Be responsible for the marketing and promotion of the Cell therapy/Reagent product line in the European region, build regional market awareness, and enhance the market exposure and recognition of the products.
- Support local commercial teams across Europe on demand; conduct systematic customer mapping & profiling within the territory, identify and categorize target client groups accurately. Cooperate with commercial colleagues to arrange targeted customer visits, deliver professional product presentations, in-depth technical training and on-site application guidance, and enhance customers’ overall understanding recognition and operational proficiency of products.
- Provide comprehensive technical support for the company's European regional commercial team and target customers, including product consultation, application Q&A, technical solution output, etc.
- Continuously track the market dynamics, industry policies and technological development trends in the European cell therapy and reagent field, systematically collect market information and customer feedback, and provide valuable reference for the company's new product R&D and product optimization.
- Investigate new technologies and trends in the field of cell separation and cell therapy in the European region, focus on the characteristics and technical advantages of competitors' products, form research and analysis reports, and provide support for the company's decision-making.
- Collaborate with the company's R&D, marketing, commercial and other cross-disciplinary teams to promote the landing, promotion and technical optimization of relevant products in the European region, ensuring efficient and smooth cross-departmental collaboration.
- Fulfill other job-related tasks assigned by line manager.

What We Expect From You
- MSc / PhD degree in Immunology, Structural biology, Protein Engineering, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Medicine or related fields.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in commercial roles in life science. Experience with catalog-based product portfolios (cell separation, cell therapy, or reagents) is a plus.
- Strong market research and information analysis capabilities, be able to keenly capture industry dynamics and competitor information, and output valuable analysis reports.
- Good communication and expression, logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, strong affinity, and be able to efficiently connect with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, be good at cooperating with commercial teams and R&D teams and solve problems in collaboration.
- Strong sense of responsibility, execution and learning ability, be able to quickly adapt to the work rhythm and cultural differences in the European region.
- Fluent in English. Fluent in German / French / Chinese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for business needs.
