Commercial Vehicle Technician
Allen Motor Group are currently recruiting for a Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our Ford Transit Centre in Northampton.
Career Earnings Guarantee
We’re certain of your potential! For your first four months, you’ll earn a minimum of £3,333.33 per month (£40,000 pro-rated gross). Our experienced Vehicle Technicians at the Northampton Transit Centre earned an average of £52,864 last year—earn it.
The Role
A full-time position (46.33 hours per week) at £33,600 basic salary, with an exceptional bonus scheme as part of our competitive remuneration package.

Required Skills & Experience
Essentials
- A relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) in vehicle engineering
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven inspection, repair and servicing experience for vehicles
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Desirable (Bonus Attributes!)
- MOT Tester qualification
- Previous experience with commercial vehicles (e.g. vans, ambulances, trailers, 4x4s)
- Franchised dealership experience (preferred but not mandatory)
