Commercial Technician - Northampton Transit Centre

Commercial Vehicle Technician – Ford Transit Centre, Northampton

Allen Motor Group are confident in your earning potential—which is why we offer a minimum of £33,333 gross per month (£40,000 pa) for your first four months: the more you earn, the more we pay!

This full-time position (46.33 hours/week) features a strong basic salary of £33,600 along with a lucrative bonus plan—our Benjamin VAR technicians at the Northampton Transit Centre averaged £52,864 last year!

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Delivering technical and diagnostic services to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and productivity targets

Requirements & Experience

Applicants must hold a formal qualification in vehicle maintenance (e.g., City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 minimum).

We’re looking for:

✔ Full UK driving licence ✔ Proven experience in insisting, repairing and servicing motor vehicles ✔ MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous ✔ Strong verbal and written English skills ✔ Knowledge of Commercial vehicles (preferred) ✔ Experience in a franchised dealership (desirable but not essential)
