The Role
You will join a leading commercial and technology practice that regularly handles complex, high value matters across multiple sectors. The work will involve advising on commercial contracts, advertising and marketing, technology and outsourcing projects, as well as adtech and data-driven matters. The team works on transformational projects for high-profile clients across digital, TMT, fintech, consumer brands, and retail.

What They’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial contracts, technology, and outsourcing
- Familiarity with advertising, marketing, and adtech-related data issues
- Knowledge of IP, data protection, and technology transactions highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver pragmatic, client-focused solutions
- A collaborative and proactive approach to business development and client management
