Commercial TMT (Outsourcing) Lawyer

TMT Associate - Outsourcing Focus

We are looking for an ambitious TMT Associate with 2–4 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded Technology, Media and Telecommunications team in London, with a particular focus on outsourcing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong experience in commercial, technology and outsourcing matters to work on a broad range of complex and high-value projects. The role will involve advising on outsourcing arrangements from strategy through to execution, including technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing, claims handling and administration agreements, and other commercial contracts.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers on sophisticated matters across the technology, media, entertainment and wider digital sectors. The team advises on a wide range of issues, including outsourcing, consumer services, regulation, data protection and privacy.

Experience Required:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Have 2–4 years PQE within a leading TMT outsourcing team.
  • Ability to provide clear, practical advice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
