Job Description:
Commercial Trainee – Heating & Plumbing | Aniron Renewable Northamptonshire | Full-time
Aniron is a growing renewable energy company delivering air source heat pump installations and full plumbing systems for new build developments across the UK, working with major national and regional house builders including Persimmon, Barratt Homes, Miller Homes, Dandara and others. We're looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Trainee to join our heating and plumbing division, supporting the commercial/construction team as we continue to grow our presence across the new build sector.

What you'll do:
- Support the preparation of quotes, tenders and pricing submissions
- Assist with managing supplier relationships and procurement
- Help track project costs, variations and margins
- Liaise with site teams and house builder clients to support project delivery
- Learn and develop across estimating, contract management and business development.
Entry requirements:
- 4 GCSEs grade A-C / 4-9, including Maths and English
- A minimum Level 3 qualification – e.g. NVQ/Diploma Level 3, T Level, BTEC Diploma or 2 A Levels (grade D or above)
- A genuine interest in developing a career within a commercial function
- Well organised and IT literate
- Professional communication style with the ability to work within a team of varying seniority
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
