Functional Learning Leader - Marketing & Sales
Location
This role is open globally, the work model is hybrid.
职责
- Leads functional Learning strategy for Marketing & Sales (M&S) for all Electrification divisions. Collaborate with Training Managers/Training Specialists in delivery for all functional learning and development for the commercial organization reporting to the Electrification Talent and Learning Leader, in accordance with group directives and the overall HR strategy. Leads and steers the learning, in line with the ABB M&S leadership way and in alignment with the business needs and be responsible for the overall governance.
- Develops and ensures best-in-class commercial learning solutions aligned with M&S needs and future capabilities; partners with M&S HR leadership, HRLT, and M&S leaders to identify issues addressable through existing, new, or improved offers; conducts learning needs analysis with stakeholders and leads learning design
- Manages end-to-end design of learning solutions — including the leadership learning ecosystem — developing commercial content with internal & external experts and building learning paths linked to employee lifecycle events and business needs
- Defines learning objectives, performance outcomes, and KPIs linked to product relevance, learning outcomes, and user experience; uses analytics and Net Promoter Score (NPS) or equivalent feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Ensures excellent learner experience by applying digital learning methodologies and bringing together learning tools, platforms, and content into scalable, easy-to-use solutions; keeps digital learning platforms up to date with relevant content
- Integrates and promotes AI across all aspects of learning development; benchmarks and explores new learning science and technology to continuously modernize learning at ABB
- Manages learning campaigns, promotion, and marketing — including social media — to maximize reach and engagement
- Optimizes the learning system to build robust employee data records; supports budget elaboration and monitors investments throughout the year
- Assures collaboration across all divisions; collaborates with internal/external SMEs for design and content building; develops and consults HR professionals on solution development
- Selects external partners for learning product design & delivery; works closely with vendors to translate business needs into high-quality solutions
- Ensures the team is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed; guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies

资格要求
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human resources or equivalent
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience working in a global environment
- Having experience in sales organization is a strong asset
- Exceptional listening, consultative, and influencing skills
- Ability to drive strategy through strong business acumen abilities and translate business needs into development offer
- Experience in a progressively responsible learning and development or organizational development positions
- Comprehensive exposure and understanding of talent management strategies and organizational effectiveness/development strategies, programs, and plans within a dynamic, service-oriented environment
- Entrepreneurial mind set and experience with new innovative learning tools
- Relationship building and influence
