About the Role

As a Commercial Sales Manager at Park's Motor Group, you will be a dynamic and forward-thinking leader, excelling in building strong relationships with customers and your team while driving growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a high-performing Ford Transit sales team in Perth, Scotland.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

✔ A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or commercial vehicle management ✔ Drive, ambition, and exceptional leadership skills ✔ Strong commercial acumen, with knowledge of the motor industry ✔ Proven ability to maximise financial goals, including:

  • Achieving sales and profit targets
  • Managing budgets effectively
  • Maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ✔ Exceptional analytical, numerical, and written communication skills ✔ Proactive management style that aligns with corporate values ✔ IT proficiency (Kerridge system knowledge is a plus) ✔ Ability to balance volume sales with profitability while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction
