Commercial Tyre Technician - Mobile
Commercial Vehicle Tyre Fitter – Roadside & Depot (Mobile) – Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS)
Location & Working Conditions
- OTR (On Target Earnings): £40,000 – £60,000 OTE (including salary, bonus, overtime, and callout rates)
- Uncapped bonus scheme (includes overtime & callout rates)
- Mobile role – Provided van, tools & PPE
- Hourly finish: First call Monday to Friday, 12:00 finish Saturday

Key Responsibilities
- Fit and repair tyres for a wide range of vehicles, including:
- Cars, vans, trucks
- Agricultural, industrial, and earthmoving equipment
- Roadside services (breakdown callouts) & depot work
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Accurately complete paperwork and electronic job sheets

Skills & Experience
NDAs & Licences
- REACT Licence (required for safe roadside work)
- Full, valid driving licence
Technical Certifications
- RTRT (Roadside & Tyre Repair Technician) or LCTT (Long Distance Commercial Tyre Technician) licence or equivalent experience
Experience & Capabilities
- Minimum 1 year as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar role
- Willing & able to work outdoors with heavy machinery & equipment
