Commercial/Contracts Manager Location: London, UK
About the Role :Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their growing team supporting high-value data centre projects across Finland, Norway and Austria. This London-based role will focus on ensuring commercial and contractual compliance across multiple international projects
.
Key Responsibiliti es:Review and analyse incoming contracts in collaboration with the internal legal te am.Work closely with overseas commercial leads to ensure all contracts and project arrangements comply with legal and company standar ds.Provide commercial guidance to project teams on contract interpretation, risk management, and compliance matte rs.Support the negotiation of contractual terms where requir ed.Maintain accurate records of contractual decisions, obligations, and actions across all projec ts.Monitor commercial risks and support mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecyc

Requirem ents:Strong commercial and contract management experience, ideally with exposure to the legal aspects of contract administra tion.Proven experience managing or supporting international projects, preferably within the data centre, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sec tors.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex contractual documenta tion.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple countries and cult ures.Based in London and able to work flexibly across multiple time zones as requ
