Prep Chef Monday-Friday
The Weyside is Guildford’s best-loved riverside pub & is well known for its amazing location on the banks of the River Wey just a stone's throw from the shops of the cobbled high street and right next door to the famous Yvonne Arnaud theatre. Our enviable terrace has all-season Boat Houses perfect for any season, an outside bar & River kitchen. All we are missing is you.

What we look for in a Prep Chef:
We are looking for an organised and hard working prep chef to join our excellent team at the Weyside. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience from Chef De Partie and above to help execute the preparation needed to deliver at such a high volume site.
- Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
- Have high standards and a great work ethic
- Show willingness to learn new skills; be an active team player with excellent communication skills
- Working alongside your kitchen team; you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
- Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day tasks
