Commis Chef – Full-Time (Weekend Availability Required)
The Bell Inn, located on the edge of Stow-on-the-Wold—a stunning historic town in the Cotswolds—is a 350-year-old pub dedicated to delivering exquisite food and premium service while preserving its ancient charm.
With 14 beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms, the inn is one of the leading establishments in the region. Enjoy its unique front garden/terrace for summer relaxation or gather by the log burner in winter for a cozy pint or a glass of rosé.

Requirements & Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Commis Chef (or an excellent Kitchen Porter transitioning into a culinary career) who thrives in a team environment and loves crafting high-quality, fresh food while ensuring guests feel truly welcome.
As part of our kitchen team, you will have to:
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, embodying our "work hard, play hard" philosophy
- Maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation while remaining adaptable
- Show willingness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to a positive team dynamic
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to support smooth operations
- Help deliver exceptional service, showcasing your creativity and precision
- Exercise strong organisational skills to manage daily tasks and workflow efficiently
