Quo Vadis is a historic Restaurant and Private Members Club in London with a colourful past and a timeless allure. Formerly a home to Karl Marx, Quo Vadis is something of a Soho institution, attracting an eclectic crowd who are drawn to the good things in life.
The critically acclaimed restaurants serve seasonal, Modern British Cuisine, with a monthly menu conjured up by renowned MBE awarded Chef Jeremy Lee and his culinary team.

The Commis Chef Role:
One year experience of a high quality Restaurant kitchen in a similar role Run sections and have good knife skills Passionate about Modern British Cuisine and seasonality Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must Excellent knowledge of ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen Good command of English language Strong team ethic, always showing respect for your colleagues
