Key Responsibilities Collaborate with our world-class Chef (Chef de Partie) Stefano Furci and the Demi Chef de Parties in our fast-paced Brasserie Prince kitchen. Supported by our exceptional team of Chefs who prioritise seasonal, seasonal highlighted produce, we aspire to create brasserie classics that harmonize quintessentially French techniques with locally sourced finest ingredients.

Your role will involve:

  • Flawless service execution: Supporting the chef de parties and demi chef de parties to ensure a seamless station workflow and on-plan delivery of flawless dining.
  • Food prep & mise en place: Mastering meticulous prep and organisation to guarantee efficient plate-to-guest execution.
  • Safety-compliant operations: Adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Cross-team adaptability: Flexibility to support wider kitchen operations, including events and off-site services when required.
  • Teamwork under pressure: Thriving in a demanding, high-energy environment where clarity, respect, and problem-solving are essential.
