Description

Step into the kitchen as a Commis Chef! Assist in creating delicious meals for passengers across all classes and grow your culinary career with us.
Pay Rate: £14.22 per hour
Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of quality meals to specification standards Assisting other chefs in the kitchen with general duties Working as part of a team in a customer centric environment Maintaining a clean and safe workstation Assisting with stock rotation Working in a manner that promotes good health and safety practices Please note: duties may include other tasks as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What We’re Looking For Either City & Guilds 706/1 or 2 or NVQ Level 1 or 2 Previous catering experience as a Chef Fully knife trained Ability to work on a shift basis including evenings and weekends, with some manual handling/bending and reaching Have adequate numeracy and English skills
