Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commiss Chef based in London. The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting in daily food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the kitchen team in producing high-quality dishes. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing ingredients
- Cooking meals
- Ensuring the kitchen remains clean and organized
- Adhering to food safety guidelines
This role is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and advance your culinary skills while contributing to excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
- Strong knowledge of Hygiene practices and food safety standards
- Basic to advanced Culinary Skills and a passion for creating high-quality dishes
- Good Communication skills to work effectively within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Relevant kitchen experience or culinary training is an advantage
- Food Hygiene certificate or willing to obtain one is a plus
