The Role of a Commis Chef
Responsibilities
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards to deliver exceptionally high-quality meals
- Prepare ingredients and assist senior chefs in executing daily specials, breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, adhering to culinary best practices
- Support the on-site dining and event catering services to ensure flawless delivery of service
- Assist with the pre-shift requirements, including station setting, food prep, and inventory management
