Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do at every shift! As a Commis Chef, you’re not just preparing great-tasting food—you’re crafting memorable guest experiences that turn every stay into an unforgettable moment.


Responsibilities

Every day, you’ll thrive with these key tasks:

  • Prepare high-quality dishes: Craft menu items to recipe standards, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Delight our guests: Efficiently manage orders while maintaining a seamless, positive dining experience
  • Execute complex recipes: Deep knowledge of menu offerings, multi-tasking, and mastering station workflows—from execution to inventory checks
  • Inspect and finalise plates: Quality控 and presentation oversight before service to guarantee guest satisfaction
  • Maintain hygiene and standards: Keep workspaces stocked, sanitary, and compliant with food safety protocols
  • Manage inventory: Prepare requisitions for optimal supply levels
  • Comply with regulations: Expert adherence to health, safety, and alcohol-handling standards for guest and staff wellbeing
