We are recruiting for a reliable and experienced Commis Chef to join our team.
The main job elements include but are not limited to;
- Assisting the kitchen operations
- Working with kitchen team to ensure that food storage units all meet standards and are consistently well managed
- Working with the kitchen team to adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ensuring that customers receive excellent quality food
YOU...
- Are dedicated and passionate about food... an interest in Scottish food and utilising local produce is a plus.
- Have at least 1 year's experience in a Commis Chef position
- Ideally living in Scotland, or willing to locate ASAP to the gorgeous, Aberdeen!
