About the Role
Commis Chef — integral to the Kitchen team at Radisson Blu Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre, London, where we create delicious food for dynamic guests.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie with:
- Preparation of mis-en-place
- Cooking food to Brand standards and high quality
- Ensure dishes are ready for guests on time
- Maintain equipment and workspaces in compliance with food hygiene requirements
- Keep the working environment clean and tidy
